SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your plants are comfortable during their journey to your doorstep. In case of cold temperatures, we will apply heat packs (72hr) and insulation to create a warm and stable environment for your plant during their journey.
Unless mentioned otherwise in the product description, your order will be shipped next Monday. This might slightly differ as a result of extreme weather conditions, such as heat waves, of which we will of course notify you well in advance.
The duration of shipping differs per country. For the Netherlands and Belgium, it will most likely be delivered the next day. For other countries in the European Union (EU), time generally ranges between one to three business days. By shipping all our orders on Monday, we maximize the chance that your plants arrive the same week. However, because delays are unpredictable and out of our control, Downtown Plant Club can not guarantee same-week delivery.
All orders are shipped with DPD (regular) and DHL (express). Downtown Plant Club is not responsible for any deviations from the delivery times as stated by our shipping carriers.
We are not responsible for any damages or other harm caused by the shipping process, or duration of shipping. However, if the plants you have received are heavily damaged, please send an email within 10 days after receival to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the plants, and we will collectively review your case to see if you are eligible for a refund or any other form of compensation.
Want to pick up your plant(s)? We are happy to welcome you! Pickup is possible at our nursery in Nieuwkoop, the Netherlands. Please send an email to email@example.com to make an appointment for pickup!
Unfortunately we do not accept returns, given the fragile nature of our products and their sensitivity to shipping.
